Who Wants To Be Team Lloyd Irvin’s Next Grappling
Star!
WARNING!!!! If you don’t want to compete, then this email
isn’t for you and you can stop reading this email right now.
But if you’re interested in competition. This this will
be the best email you’ve read in a long time.
Master Lloyd Irvin has just completed his
strategic plan for 2009-2014 for the competition
side of our team.
After spending the last 4 years building a ’strong’
jiu jitsu program geared for students that have
no desire to compete.
It’s time to crank up for those that do.
Having the #1 competition team in the area, this may
seem a little weird. But over the last six months,
he’s been working on his strategy to make sure that
we remain on top.
First order of business is the implementation of an
all new “White Belt Competition” class. While we offer
more classes than any other school in the region focused
on the pure beginner, and students that don’t want to compete.
This class will only be for ‘competitors’!
Those interested in this class need to pick up an
application at the front desk asap, fill it out
and get it turned in.
First “White Belt Competition Team Class Tryouts”
will be held this Wednesday August 27, 2008 at
10pm.
If you can’t make it, you can’t try out this time around!
In 2009 we will only be having these tryouts 4-6 times
per year.
This year right here on the mats in Camp Springs Maryland,
we’ve brought home 4 World Championship titles, not fake
World Titles but titles for “The International Brazilian
Jiu Jitsu Federation” ran by Carlos Gracie Jr.
We also produced a Pan American Purple Belt Champion this
year.
We have a entire fleet of new students coming up, ready to
carry the Team Lloyd Irvin flag.
In the wings we have a killer lurking, a 15 yr old kid
who has already won a mens advance division, he has
already defeated a bjj black belt for renzo gracie’s team
in a no gi advance division and has submitted so well
know grapplers. He’s not even old enough to get
a blue belt yet.
We have a fleet of hungry and eager white belts that want
to become champions.
Are you one of them?
If so, pick up your application today, fill it out,
turn it in and be at the school ready for the tryouts
at 10pm, that doesn’t mean walk into the school at 10pm.
If you show up late, you will not be able to try out this
go around.
GO TEAM LLOYD IRVIN
